I’m a former military spouse and a mom of two teenagers living in Coastal Virginia. Life is busy, the climate is humid, and my routine reflects that. Skincare should feel like a reset – something simple, steady, and supportive.
My focus is on supporting lymphatic flow and the nervous system. When these systems are supported, skin tends to look calmer, clearer, and more balanced.
