Refund and Returns Policy
Refunds will be granted for unopened and sealed products within 14 days of the product received date. To request a refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and wait for confirmation before returning any unopened or damaged product(s). Opened products are not eligible for refunds. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that apparel items cannot be returned. To ensure the best fit, please review the size chart on the product pages and be aware that some materials may shrink.
Damage from freight/shipping
Our products undergo quality testing and thorough inspection prior to shipping to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask that you carefully inspect the product for any damages that may have occurred during shipping. If any damage is found, please contact us within 48 hours with a detailed description and photos of the product at email@example.com. Please note that we only accept claims for damaged products made within this timeframe.
