I rolled it on my neck and the smell was so soothing! Honestly I was thinking this could be used as a calming balm. But I fell asleep so quickly last night I’m not sure how that would work. I may try it during the day to see how it affects me. I really, really love this and highly recommend it!

I have been using the night stick for about a month, I apply it to the bottom of my feet. Very calming and has given me a good nights sleep. Highly recommend trying some.
